EIS Group Ltd formed in 1991, primarily working on the London underground station upgrades. Other activities included industrial cleaning at PAL filtration, Fire and Flood cleaning for loss adjusters and communal area cleaning for Test Valley Borough council and Hyde Housing Association. From there we worked our way above ground, working for Railtrack, Raynesway Construction Southern (RCS) and ultimately Network Rail and Balfour Beatty Rail Infrastructure Services Ltd (BBRISL) on the Southwest rail network.

Our entrance into the utility sector occurred where we are now one of the preferred contractors for SSEN and have been for 12 or so years. During our journey, we have had contracts with local councils, housing associations, building companies.

The business grew supporting CP5/6 and due to the increasing diverse service offering the company was renamed as EIS Services Group giving birth to 3 primary Divisions.

We are now leading service provider working on the Rail/Highways/Utility infrastructure in the South providing specialist services such as,

Industrial Coatings - Rope Access -Vegetation -Specialist Earthworks Monitoring – Drainage - Civil Engineering and Facility Maintenance such as fencing and asset management.

All utilising internal resource and managed as a multidiscipline service.
